Christmas Tree Delivered to Your Door
We’ll send you a friendly reminder the day before your delivery, and if you are not around when we deliver your tree then we’ll text or email you letting you know that your tree has arrived safely and that it is waiting for you to arrive back. Our delivery window is between 8am and 5pm, and while we try our very best to stay within that window, we can’t promise an exact time for delivery. If you might not be home, then please be sure to leave out a bucket of water in a shaded area for us to place your tree into, so that it will be as fresh as can be when you arrive home
We always aim to deliver on the date you choose, but as you know sometimes things don’t always go to plan. If that should happen, then delivery dates or cancellations can be possible, but in such an instance we will work like busy little elves to remedy the situation and we will communicate with you every step of the way.
Christmas Tree Set Up
If you have purchased or hired one of our stands, then we will happily set up your tree safely so that it is standing strong and stable before we leave. We ask that you make sure you’re happy with your Christmas Tree set up before we leave, because once we leave, we can’t take responsibility for any damage caused if the tree should happen to fall.
Having said that, should on the very rare occasion your tree falls over while you are using one of our Cinco tree stands that you purchased or hired from us, and your continues to remain unstable, then simply get in touch with us and we’ll replace your tree and set it up the new one for you free of charge, no questions asked. That’s our way of ensuring that you have a specially grown Apex Pine Christmas tree is standing stable, fresh and fragrant on your Christmas Day.
Order Information
To process your order smoothly, we collect some of your personal details – like your name, billing and delivery address, contact information, and payment details. We use this information to deliver your tree, process your payment, send confirmations, and to keep you updated. We may also use this information to check orders are genuine, and occasionally, to share product updates or special festive news from Apex Pines.
Christmas Tree Removals
We aim to collect your tree for recycling within one to two days of your chosen removal date. Just like any delivery, we can’t guarantee a specific time – we just ask for your patience as we navigate our way through crazy Christmas traffic in order to get to everyone as quickly (and as safely) as possible. If only we were using Santa’s sleigh.
It is important to please leave your tree outside the night before in a spot we can easily find and access it. Business customers, we kindly ask that you allow access during business hours so we can take down and remove your tree that we set up for you. Alternatively, if you won’t be there when we arrive then to please lift your tree outside, along with the Cinco stand, and let us know where you left it – in this instance we ask that you please lay the tree down and hide the Cinco stand underneath it, thank you.

Our ‘24-Hour Satisfaction Promise’ is that we will replace a tree ordered online that you are not satisfied with within 24 hours. We want all of our customers to have a fresh fragrant Apex Pine that you are happy with on Christmas day. All we ask in return is that you contact us within 24 hours so that we can organise a replacement Christmas Tree for you.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or returns on trees that you have purchased from an Apex Pines Retail Outlet on the side of the road.

If your tree has still not been picked up the morning after your pickup date, then please let us know by email or text,
